The Law Library Archivist supports the processing and preservation of archival and special collections within the Bounds Law Library. Provides leadership, guidance, and support to student workers. Assists with outreach initiatives as needed.

The Financial Aid Assistant I provides assistance to parents and students regarding financing educational costs at the University.
Accounting Assistant III - 528959
The Accounting Assistant III maintains accurate financial records. Provides accounting and bookkeeping support. Assists University staff in understanding industry standards, current laws, and university policy as it relates to the financial affairs of the University. Provides guidance, trains, and/or may supervise entry-level Accounting Assistants.

The Trades Helper performs simple manual work in assisting skilled mechanics and apprentices of various trades under close supervision.

The Mason II performs skilled work at the journeyman level in the Masonry trade. Lays brick or blocks in the construction or repair of buildings interior and exteriors.

The Roofer I assist other roofers in installation, maintenance, and repair of roofs of various types.

The Career Advisor provides comprehensive career development and professional employment services to students and alumni interested in various careers through career-related advising, assessment, resume approval, individual student job search assistance, and development and delivery of workshops/classes on a variety of career topics.

Inpatient Services Coordinator - 528877
The Inpatient Services Coordinator oversees the day-to-day administrative services of the Hospitalist Division. Provides guidance, training, and supervision to Inpatient Practice Care Associates. Ensures specialized clinical administrative services to the University Hospitalist Service program including daily patient assignments, patient internal and external transfers, Primary Care Provider (PCP) admission and discharge notifications are complete and timely.

The Police Officer Trainee I completes UAPD in-house orientation, APOST Academy, and Field Training and Evaluation Program required to become a Police Officer.
Police Officer Trainee II - 528928
The Police Officer Trainee II completes UAPD in-house orientation and APOST Academy and Phases required to become a Police Officer.
Police Officer Trainee III - 528929
The Police Officer Trainee III completes UAPD in-house orientation required to become a Police Officer.

The Administrative Assistant I provides administrative support for the operations of unit. Performs routine and well documented administrative tasks. Acts as office liaison/receptionist. Receives and routes phone calls, emails, and/or guests. Maintains files and enters data. Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, fax machines, etc.
Talent Acquisition Specialist I - 528936
The Talent Acquisition Specialist I coordinates functions or processes involved in the acquisition of high quality candidates by utilizing strategic recruiting methods under general supervision.
Research Assistant III - 528509
The Research Assistant III assists with research work tasks of higher-complexity in support of a research project under minimal supervision.
Administrative Assistant II - 528913
The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative support for the operations of unit. Performs moderately complex and well documented administrative tasks. Acts as office liaison/receptionist. Receives and routes phone calls, emails, and/or guests. Maintains files and enters data. Drafts and sends communications on supervisor/departmental staff behalf. Reconciles P-Card/Concur for other staff/faculty against departmental budget. Performs some simple budget monitoring/entry. Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, fax machines, etc.
Cultural Resources Investigator - 528915
The Cultural Resources Investigator performs laboratory and field investigations. Originates, conducts, and reports research. Manages allocation of funds within a contract or grant budget.
Park Maintenance Worker - 528916
The Park Maintenance Worker maintains park grounds under supervision. Maintains buildings, facilities, and construction work to board walk, pavilions, etc.
Programmer Analyst III - 528917
The Programmer Analyst III designs, develops, supports, and codes moderate- to high-complexity software and hardware systems to support the administrative function of the University under minimal supervision. This may include enterprise and highly critical applications. Develops processes and web applications. Creates workflows. Installs, customizes, supports, and creates integrations for vendor-supplied software systems. Works on a team and collaborates with specific departments, colleges, and customers around campus. Supports their needs, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and responding to their questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Custodian - 528921
The Custodian performs routine manual work in housekeeping and cleaning of interior spaces and immediate exterior areas.
