Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, some after hours


Job Summary: The College Student Recruitment Program Manager develops and manages the recruitment operations for the college. Serves as the college's liaison in the recruitment, education, and service to prospective students and families. Directs, implements, and evaluates results orientated recruitment strategy that supports the enrollment goals and overall mission of the College.


Additional Department Summary: Provides strategic leadership for all undergraduate and graduate recruitment initiatives within the College of Communication and Information Sciences. Develops and executes a comprehensive recruitment strategy, leads targeted outreach efforts, and collaborates with academic units and the Office of Graduate Studies to strengthen master’s and PhD recruitment. Manages the C&IS Ambassadors program, directing promotion, selection, training, and engagement initiatives that ensure a high-quality experience for both student leaders and prospective students. Administers a robust leadership curriculum for students in C&IS leadership organizations, including monthly sessions focused on professional and soft skills development. Plans and manages major recruitment related events and high school visit programs, serving as the primary external point of contact for partners seeking engagement with the college. Through these efforts, the position plays a critical role in elevating the college’s visibility, strengthening student pipelines, and enhancing the overall recruitment experience.


Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of recruitment, university admissions, public relations, marketing, sales, or communications experience; OR master's degree and some recruitment, university admissions, public relations, marketing, sales, or communications experience.


Preferred Qualifications: University admissions or recruiting experience for a doctorate-granting institution. Three (3) or more years of recruiting or sales experience.
