Successful candidates must have an MSW degree from a CSWE -accredited institution, at least three years of post-MSW social work experience, and a doctorate degree. A DSW or PhD in social work degree is preferred, though a doctoral degree in a related discipline will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates who: (1) have teaching and curriculum development experience, especially as it pertains to best practices in online education; (2) have knowledge of social work evaluation methodologies and experience in evaluating practice; (3) have experience mentoring graduate students; and (4) have post-DSW/PhD practice experience.
