The OSP Grant and Contract Specialist II assists researchers and staff in the review and processing of sponsored project proposals and budgets under moderate supervision. Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and Local government regulations related to pre-award and/or post-award sponsored project activities. Provides oversight and review of grant and contract activities prepared by the researchers and their administrative teams and provides resolution on moderately complex matters. Reviews and approves proposals with responsibility for timely submission to the sponsor. May provide training to OSP and college level staff, including use of electronic research administration systems and regulatory requirements. Serves as the liaison between the University and the sponsor. |
