UNICEF works in some of the world’s toughest places, to reach the world’s most disadvantaged children. To save their lives. To defend their rights. To help them fulfill their potential.

Across 190 countries and territories, we work for every child, everywhere, every day, to build a better world for everyone.

And we never give up.

For every child, result

UNICEF Nepal is dedicated to the realization of rights of all children in the country. Through its work, the office addresses key challenges affecting children and their families, including access to quality education, health services, nutrition, protection, water, sanitation and hygiene and opportunities for meaningful participation in society. As part of this commitment, the office is implementing a five-year Country Programme 2023 - 2027, developed in close collaboration with government partners, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders. This programme aims to deliver impactful results for children and their communities, aligned with national priorities and global commitments such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Achieving the objectives of this Country Programme requires sustained financial resources. Resource mobilization, therefore,
plays a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of planned interventions. One essential aspect of resource
mobilization is the ability to communicate effectively with donors and potential partners. High-quality donor reports and
proposals are fundamental tools for building and maintaining strong relationships with donors. Well-written donor reports
demonstrate accountability and transparency, providing a clear overview of how resources are being utilized and the impact
they are making. Meanwhile, compelling and persuasive proposals enable the office to secure new funding and expand the reach
of its programmes. To this end, the office seeks the services of a reports and proposals editor to ensure that donor-facing
documents are clear, consistent, and compelling, adhering to donor guidelines and reflecting the office’s commitment to
excellence. By producing professional and high-impact reports and proposals, the editor will contribute directly to resource
mobilization efforts, enabling the office to sustain and expand its critical work for children.
