The Individual Giving section in the Division of Private Fundraising Partnership (PFP) based in Geneva is a lead participant in the Supporter Engagement Strategy (SES), which aims to increase the global acquisition and engagement of UNICEF’s diverse supporter base, including donors, advocates, and volunteers. A key part of the strategy is to replace incumbent CRM systems currently in place in 21 country offices with Salesforce-based technology, including current implementation projects in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador, and Peru.
This role will support the ongoing adoption and business optimization of UNICEF’s Supporter Engagement Strategy (SES). With implementation completed, the Fundraising Specialist will focus on maximizing the business value of SES by driving market readiness, managing key initiatives, fostering adoption, and embedding supporter-centric practices across teams and geographies – all vital to fundraising. The role bridges PFP, ICT Division, country and regional offices, and UNICEF National Committees to enhance revenue growth, audience engagement, and operational efficiency. |

The incumbent is responsible for the Virtual Hub team’s profit and loss statement for markets and campaigns and supports digital-only fundraising operations across markets in the EAP and MENA regions. The Virtual Hub team is responsible for business profitability, new donor acquisition, revenue maximization, and the management of day-to-day operations.
One of the key aspects of the role includes enablement and empowerment of regional fundraising teams at the market level to help strengthen long-term digital transformation and regional capacity building in digital fundraising, content, best practices, and process improvement.
