Education:
- Master (ou Bac + 5) en évaluation, en politique sociale, sciences politique, économie, santé publique, sociologie ou autres domaines des sciences sociales pertinents par rapport à l’objet de la mission.
Work Experience:
- Expérience solide dans la formulation de politiques et stratégies nationales d'évaluations. Soumettre au moins 2 exemplaires de livrables similaires à la présente mission.
- Capacité à rédiger des rapports conformes aux standards et normes de qualitédu SNU.
- Avoir de solides expériences en Gestion Axée sur les Résultats (GAR)
- Expérience solide dans la formation et le renforcement de capacités en suivi et évaluation
- Très bonne connaissance du contexte institutionnel de la RDC
- Capacité avérée à livrer efficacement et dans les délais et à obtenir des résultats
Language Requirements:
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en français.
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills:
- Bonne attitude relationnelle et communicationnelle
- Capacité à gérer les imprévus
- Faire preuve de tact et de diplomatie
Desirables:
- Expériences de travail avec un large éventail de parties prenantes (OSC, gouvernement, agences de développement international, etc.) par le biais d’une approche consultative
