How can you make a difference?

Budget monitoring
Supports budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, records management and related transactions to help ensure effective use of resources and timely follow-up. -
Administration section planning and project management
Helps coordinate planning information, project tracking and data inputs so that the section can monitor progress, meet deadlines and maintain complete records. -
Procurement
Provides administrative support for contracts, partner and consultant processes, documentation, rosters and related procurement follow-up in line with applicable guidance. -
Communications, workflow and administrative support
Coordinates routine and non-routine communications, meetings, filing systems, travel support, invoices, supplies, inventory and other daily administrative requirements to keep the section running smoothly.

Minimum requirements
- Education: Secondary Education in any related fields.
- Work Experience: At least 6 years of relevant work experience in Administration,Communication,Research, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation,Operations, administrative support, budget management, procurement, travel coordination, office management, event logistics, contract administration, records management, invoice processing. and any other related fields.
- Skills: Budget Monitoring, Procurement, Travel Planning, Invoice Processing, Project Coordination, .
- Language Requirements : Fluency in French is required.
Desirables
- Language: Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language
- SAP, project management certification, procurement certification, experience in international organizations
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.

UNICEF appointments are subject to medical clearance. Issuance of a visa by the host country of the duty station is required for IP positions and will be facilitated by UNICEF. Failure to comply with such requirements, where applicable and without a duly approved medical exemption from the relevant UN authority, will result in the cancellation of the selection or may lead to other administrative measures, including separation from service.
