The Individual Giving (IG) team in the Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP), based in Rome provides global support to over 50 UNICEF fundraising National Committees (Natcoms) and Country Offices (COs). The IG team is seeking a Planning and Analytics Consultant with capabilities in planning and metrics development and monitoring to join the Individual Giving Fundraising Team, Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP).
In this role, the hired consultant will be responsible for planning and validating IG activities with a focus on Individual Giving fundraising performance. Candidates with a business performance analysis background will be highly suitable.
The Government of Uzbekistan is advancing education reforms to support competency-based education (CBE) and improve learning outcomes. Through the Smart-ED Project for Improving the Quality and Efficiency of Education Services, UNICEF, in partnership with national counterparts, is supporting efforts to strengthen systems for evaluating and developing teachers and school leaders across preschool and general secondary education, including the introduction of performance appraisal mechanisms.
Uzbekistan has established professional standards, teacher attestation, and school leader certification systems, providing a strong foundation for accountability, career progression, and professional growth. As reforms continue, there is an opportunity to further strengthen these systems to better support the competencies required for effective teaching and leadership in a CBE environment.
International experience shows that effective teacher quality systems combine periodic attestation with continuous performance appraisal that provides regular feedback, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. Building on ongoing reforms, this assignment will strengthen the existing teacher attestation system and develop a performance appraisal framework for teachers and school leaders aligned with professional standards, competency-based education, and the national education quality assurance framework. The assignment will also develop practical tools, guidelines, and capacity-building resources to support implementation and promote continuous professional growth, school improvement, and better learning outcomes.

The Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo has declared an outbreak of Ebola Virus Disease affecting Ituri and other affected or at-risk provinces. National authorities, with the support of humanitarian partners, have activated emergency coordination and response mechanisms to contain transmission and protect affected communities.
The outbreak is unfolding in a complex humanitarian environment marked by insecurity, population displacement, high mobility, constrained access to essential services and weak water, sanitation, hygiene and infection prevention and control systems. These conditions heighten the risk of transmission in health facilities and communities and require rapid, well-coordinated and technically rigorous WASH/IPC action.
The geographic expansion of the outbreak, the operational complexity of the response and the need to align interventions across national, provincial and health-zone levels require senior leadership. An experienced profile is therefore required to provide the strategic expertise, technical authority and convening capacity needed to lead UNICEF's WASH/IPC response and support Government-led coordination across affected and at-risk areas.
The purpose of this assignment is to ensure sustained, structured and quality-assured field-level implementation of the three-year EU4People Action on Social Protection across 40 partner locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Given the geographic scope of the programme, the diversity of institutional arrangements, and the varying capacities of municipalities, Centres for Social Work and local service providers, dedicated technical support is required to translate programme objectives into practical improvements in local service delivery, coordination and planning.
