The consultancy will help strengthen programme delivery by supporting implementation planning, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, building synergies across related initiatives, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that programme activities are aligned with broader government priorities and PSS planning processes. The assignment will also provide technical monitoring and reporting support to the UNICEF North Pacific Office for education and ECD-related activities with PSS, OCS and other partners.
Location:Marshall Islands, Fiji/Pacific Island Countries
The key outputs of this consultancy include reviewing, responding to, and registering new reports of misconduct, including by engaging with reporters such as complainants and whistleblowers; extracting and analyzing data from the CMS; and preparing statistical and qualitative reports of investigative information for internal and external stakeholders. The consultant will also be asked to conduct assessments and support investigations, as needed.
