The HACT Intern will assist the HACT Specialist in strengthening HACT compliance, improving documentation, and supporting assurance activities to ensure effective management of cash transfers to implementing partners.
The purpose of this temporary consultancy is to provide technical assistance to UNICEF Algeria and the three partner ministries for the contextualization, training of trainers, supervised duplication, coaching, follow-up and capitalization of the ADOLECENT KIT approach, in reference to the Life Skills and Citizenship Education (LSCE) framework.
Under the close supervision and guidance of the Human Resources Specialist, you as the Human Resources Assistant provide administrative, procedural and operational support and assistance to the efficient implementation of a broad range of Human Resources functions for all categories of staff in his/her office, ensuring accurate and timely delivery that is in compliance with UNICEF HR rules and regulations.
