1. CONTEXTE ET JUSTIFICATION
L’UNICEF travaille dans certains des environnements les plus difficiles au monde afin d’atteindre les enfants les plus
défavorisés, de défendre leurs droits et de les aider à réaliser leur plein potentiel. En République centrafricaine, l’UNICEF
contribue à la réalisation des droits de chaque enfant à travers ses programmes et ses opérations, y compris dans les
contextes humanitaires.
Dans le cadre de son engagement en faveur du développement des jeunes talents, le Bureau de l’UNICEF en
République centrafricaine souhaite accueillir deux stagiaires au sein de la section People & Culture. Ce programme de
deux (2) mois vise à constituer un vivier de jeunes professionnels qualifiés, motivés et dynamiques, capables de
contribuer positivement à leurs communautés et au mandat de l’UNICEF.
Les stagiaires bénéficieront d’une expérience structurée combinant apprentissage pratique, mentorat, accompagnement
professionnel et exposition aux différentes fonctions People & Culture. Les activités seront réalisées sous la supervision
et l’encadrement des responsables et professionnels de la section. À l’issue du stage, les participants ayant démontré
des performances remarquables pourront, sous réserve des règles et besoins applicables, être considérés dans le cadre
de futurs viviers ou opportunités de talents. Le stage ne constitue toutefois pas une garantie d’emploi à l’UNICEF.
2. OBJECTIF GENERAL DU STAGE
Renforcer l’appui opérationnel, analytique, administratif et communicationnel de la section People & Culture, tout en
offrant à deux jeunes talents une expérience professionnelle encadrée leur permettant d’appliquer leurs connaissances
académiques, de développer leurs compétences et de mieux comprendre le fonctionnement de l’UNICEF.

The role will lead country engagement, diagnostics, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement initiatives to strengthen supply chain efficiency and accelerate the delivery of critical products for children.
This assignment aims to support interagency efforts to strengthen people-centred and locally led humanitarian action by analyzing how humanitarian agencies have advanced localization, accountability to affected populations, participation, inclusion and community engagement following recent humanitarian reform initiatives. The consultant will conduct stocktaking and analysis of agency and country-level approaches, identify gaps and good practices, develop knowledge products and recommendations, and facilitate learning and dialogue across interagency platforms to promote more accountable, inclusive and responsive humanitarian action.
