The Consultant will work under the supervision of the Research Manager (Education Policy and Systems Research) to contribute to the implementation of the DMS Stage 5 project in Ghana.
UNICEF Liberia is seeking to hire and experienced National Consultant who will provide technical leadership and implementation support to operationalize and scale up meaningful participation of adolescent girls in Montserrado, Grand Bassa, Rivercess, Gbarpolu and Grand Gedeh.
UNICEF is engaging an international consultant to support the Ministry in revising the SOPs for primary and secondary education settings. The assignment will also contribute to strengthening the related normative and operational framework for the protection of children from all forms of violence, including GBV, and to developing selected guidance, training materials, and capacity-building inputs to enhance the capacity of teachers and other relevant school personnel to prevent, identify, and respond to violence against children as part of a whole-school approach.
The overall objective of the consultancy is to assess the impact of major shocks on Tanzania’s health sector in 2025, identify key lessons learned, and develop strategic policy messages to guide the engagement of DPG-H and the broader Development Partners Group in national health sector processes and dialogues.
The consultancy will also provide strategic recommendations to DPG-H on actions to strengthen accountability in the implementation of health sector priorities.
