The Digital Governance and Platforms (DGP) team within UNICEF’s Division of Global
Communication and Advocacy (GCA) plays a pivotal role in managing UNICEF’s digital ecosystem, ensuring that services and platforms are efficient, accessible, and aligned with digital governance standards. As part of its ongoing efforts to improve service delivery, UNICEF is integrating its DGP service catalogue into the organization-wide ServiceNow platform. Spanning across eleven municipalities in Kosovo, the project targets adolescents and youth aged 13 to 24, alongside their teachers, educational authorities, families, and broader community members.
