Purpose of Assignment:

The organization’s global reporting ecosystem — including dashboards, data models, and analytical workflows — is a critical technical layer supporting Individual Giving (IG) performance monitoring, operational reporting, and decision‑making across Country Offices and National Committees.

As SES adoption has matured, market demand has shifted from basic reporting to increasingly complex Power BI segmentations, Salesforce reports with advanced logic, and frequent changes to dashboards used for financial and operational processes. In parallel, Country Offices have reported the need to create reports outside SES, indicating gaps in consolidation and automation.

Scope of Work:

The consultant will be responsible for stabilizing, consolidating, and modernizing the SES global IG reporting ecosystem,
covering the full reporting stack from data models to dashboards and alignment across platforms. The scope includes 6 phases. (See TOR for details)
