| The Price Digital Interface Consultant will support UNICEF Supply Division in the design, development, piloting and launch of a user-friendly price communication interface, aligned with UNICEF approved platforms, governance standards, and communication objectives.
The assignment responds to the need to modernize price communication, improve usability and clarity for diverse audiences, and reduce reputational and operational risks associated with fragmented, outdated, or legacy price information products. | To provide technical and operational leadership for the design and implementation of an adolescent-led, peer-to-peer HPV vaccine demand generation model in Uganda using digital and community-based engagement platforms, including U-Report, FunDoo, and Communities of Action.
The consultant will support crowdsourcing, refinement, dissemination, monitoring, and documentation of adolescent-generated HPV vaccination messages, aligned with the Ministry of Health and Behavioural and Social Drivers (BeSD) framework.
The assignment aims to increase HPV vaccine knowledge, confidence, intention, and social acceptance among adolescent girls, especially those in underserved, peri-urban, and hard-to-reach communities. |

| UNICEF launched the MICS Foundational Learning Skills (FLS) module in 2017 as the first standardized, globally implemented household survey assessment of children’s foundational reading and math skills, contributing to SDG indicator 4.1.1(a). By 2025, more than 60 countries have collected or are preparing to collect comparable data using the module, helping to spotlight early grade learning and learning inequalities.
The purpose of this assignment is to develop a new assessment tool to measure minimum proficiency in mathematics at the end of primary school (SDG indicator 4.1.1b) that will complement the lower primary component of the FLM2.0, and to advice UNICEF on the integration of both components (lower and primary) for a comprehensive instrument to assess learning skills in MICS. |
