- Education: Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Education & Teaching, Psychology , International Development, Human Rights, Psychology, Sociology, International Law and any other related fields.
- Work Experience: At Least 8 years of relevant work experience in Child Protection, Health, Education , Child Protection, Management Of Companies And Enterprises,Information,Finance And Insurance,Arts, Entertainment, And Recreation,Construction,Health Care And Social Assistance.
- Skills: Operational Support, Organizational, Partnership Building, Partnerships, Performance Indicators, Planning, Potential, Programme Development, Programme Implementation, Programme Management, Project Development, Project Proposals, Research, Resolve Issues, Self Awareness, Situation Analysis, Social Equality, Strategic Plans, Supervise Others, Supervisory, Sustainability, Technical Guidance

This position has been assessed as an elevated risk role for Child Safeguarding purposes as it is either a role with direct contact with children, a role that works directly with identifiable children's data, a safeguarding response role, or an assessed risk role. Additional vetting and assessment for elevated risk roles in child safeguarding (potentially including additional criminal background checks) apply.
