Store Trainee Manager
Through our 6 - 9 months Store Trainee Manager Programme, trainees will be able to develop their leadership skills and retail operation knowledge through comprehensive on-the-job training, classroom training and coaching by Store Manager and Area Manager. After successfully completing the programme, you will be promoted to Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager.
The Job
- Handle daily store operations and provide good customer services
- Assist Store Manager in daily store operations, including cost control, stock management, people management
The Person
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-oriented, strong motivation and initiation

- 6 working days per week, 9 hours per day on shift duty
