The incumbent will work closely with the Group and local country QA & Food Safety (QAFS) teams to collect data, prepare data analysis and reports for measuring QA program effectiveness, suppliers’ performance and compliance performance.

The Job

• Liaise with local QA teams in countries to collect data, prepare regular reports such as QAFS Compliance performance report, Risk Management KPI reports, supplier performance reports, etc.
• Daily running of the Group Product Alert platform, including conducting related research and collation of information for product incidents.
• Manage the document sharing e-platform.  Assist in collaborating with the cross-function teams to manage, maintain and issue Group QAFS guidelines and policies
• Assist in ad hoc projects related to QA, Food Safety and Compliances
• Provide technical administrative support to the team

Requirements

• College graduate major in Food Science/Engineering/Manufacturing or other Science related degree
• Administrative experience in dealing with multiple streams and sources of data/reporting experience
• Analytical work related experience with the ability to review microbiological data and identify statistical trends.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), excellent in Excel skills, experience in database management is an advantage
• Independent, meticulous, analytical-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
