Risk management and insurance management is a key part of Dairy Farm Group Risk and Assurance framework.  This role will need to define the relevant group risk management strategy, working with division / country / banner leaderships to land this across DF; working with company insurance broker and leadership team to continually improve company insurance framework, efficiency and effectiveness.

The Job:

• Maintains the group risk management framework, facilitates the group risk management committee to drive the excellence of DF risk management
• Builds the risk management capability across DF
• Governs the group insurance framework, drives the excellence of group insurance program
• Drives the company insurance capability and expertise, especially on country and banner level
• Plays a key role in driving the company compliance program

The Person:

• University graduate with at least 8 years of working experience in insurance, risk management or assurance
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new things
• Good leadership skills but also able to go deeper on functional areas
• Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
