WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Contribute actively in the development and implementation of the IKEA Food action plan
• Contribute to and support all marketing and in-store activities
• Plan and implement range changes in accordance with the IFS services office
• Work to maximize commerciality in order to grow sales and increase profitability according to the goals in the store
• Ensure that the presentation and communication of the food and beverage range is attractive
• Ensure our customers are always in focus and strive to make them smile
• Be a passionate leader who can bring business and people together
• Secure the optimal productivity by ensuring the staff planning process
• Work together with the Kitchen Production Manager in operating the area according to the IKEA Quality and Food Safety requirements, as well as other relevant legislation (list relevant legislations applicable by country)
• Promote a “safety first” culture where co-workers are encouraged to raise and discuss concerns and solutions
• Implement the IKEA Hygiene plan to meet and secure the store’s requirements
• Ensure the Hygiene plan routines are known and followed in all daily work
