Business Deployment Assistant Manager

Leading the BUY stream in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan by providing project management and implementation support throughout the project cycle in Design, Build, Test and Implementation Phase.

The Job

• Drive execution by activities planning and tracking
• Hand hold business users and lead a small team in business process analysis and user requirement studies for various business units.
• responsible for business requirement gathering and alignment with Group model
• Liaise with internal and external parties on system improvement and implementation
• Drive business change initiatives
• Design and conduct training to end users
• Assist and coordinate business users in Data Conversion and User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure quality
• Work with business users in Cutover activities planning
• Provide post go-live business support

The Person

• Degree or above in Business Management or related discipline
• Min. 3 years relevant experience, with retail or merchandising experience is an advantage but not a must
• Familiar with SAP MM and SD modules with previous SAP system implementation experience
• Good technique in obtaining accurate information from business users and can communicate business problems and solutions in a simple and succinct manner that can be easily understand by both business and IT colleagues.  
• Detail oriented and possess good problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, willing to learn and can work independently.
• Good communicator and can work with people from different culture, background and levels
• Good facilitation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to travel about 30 % of his/her time
