Category Executive

The Job:

• Prepare vendor accounts and contact the suppliers to obtain necessary document
• Prepare new items forms, obtain item details from suppliers and follow up on item launching in stores
• Handle samples - fill out forms to request samples from warehouse. Ring suppliers to collect samples after meeting
• Arrange goods return to suppliers and warehouse - product recall
• Prepare normal / manual allocation forms and copies to RB
• Photocopy and distribute forms to relevant person for action
• Keep individual filing for each Category Manager
• Prepare half yearly promotional plan for Category Managers
• Sorting daily / weekly reports for Category Managers
• Assist Category Manager in weekly promotion planning process

The Person:

• HKDSE holder, or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• High accuracy in data input
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
• Fresh Graduate are also welcome
