Promotion Executive

The Job

• Execute corporate voucher sales strategies in order to achieve business target
• Responsible for daily administrative supports including preparing weekly and monthly sales reports, presentation materials, proposals or other sales related materials and maintain an up-to-date customer database
• Establish and maintain good customer relationship with existing and potential clients by providing speedy response to clients’ orders, enquiries and complaints (if any)
• Assist on ad-hoc projects or assignments as required by the managers 

The Person

• Diploma or above with 2 years relevant working experience is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficiency in Excel
• Equipped with Chinese and English typing skill
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Immediate available or with short notice period is highly preferred
