This incumbent coordinates proposals submission, records of submitted proposals, awarded projects, and budget changes for NHMFL-UF projects. He/she is well organized and utilizes effective communication to carry out plans. The incumbent handles all coordination work related to NHFML-UF projects, programs, and events. He/she acts as the coordinator of all student internships and mentoring activities for undergraduate and graduate students and postdoctoral at NHMFL-UF. The incumbent reports directly to the NHMFL Associate Laboratory Director at UF. Due to the multiple functions within the NHMFL, the incumbent is cognizant of all facets of the NHMFL, including (but not limited to) research, reporting, education, outreach and strategic planning.
