This individual will also serve as the coordinator and provide direct oversight for CWC’s Consultation and Referral Team (CART). While this role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities for clinical staff, this person may hold supervisory duties for trainees and unlicensed CART counselors. This role works collaboratively with CWC’s support staff, case managers, leadership team, and clinical faculty, assisting in policy drafting and planning. This person is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with other clinical faculty and University of Florida departments to ensure that brief consultation and referral appointments, walk-in crisis counseling, and consultation with faculty and staff are compatible with other campus efforts and meeting the needs of University of Florida (UF) students. |
