| The postdoctoral researcher will contribute to an interdisciplinary project focused on developing and validating physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) and model‑based meta‑analysis (MBMA) frameworks in maternal-fetal pharmacology. The applicant will conduct systematic data review and extraction from clinical and physiological literature, curate databases for PBPK model development, and implement mechanistic maternal–fetal PBPK models. The candidate will perform model development, qualification, and simulation studies. They will integrate dose–exposure–response modeling by linking PBPK outputs with MBMA-derived pharmacodynamic relationships. The postdoc will prepare scientific reports and manuscripts, present findings at internal meetings, and collaborate closely with the PI, co-investigators, and external consultants. |
