We are seeking a professional at any point in their professional development with a strong interest in working with domestic and international students in a university counseling center. The clinical associate/assistant professor and Couples & Relationship Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to provide direct clinical services (e.g., group, individual and couples counseling) to University of Florida students; as well as coordinate the couples counseling program at the CWC, including clinical services and training program elements. Potential colleagues should have experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns and levels of severity. Clinical faculty members also provide consultation to UF faculty and staff and are engaged in providing professional training and teaching to graduate students, doctoral interns, and post-doctoral fellows. All faculty take part in outreach, intervention and prevention efforts. Faculty also are expected to participate in the center’s model of shared governance through the coordination of specific initiatives, membership or chairing of committees or task forces. |

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently while supporting a team-based administrative structure. This position reports directly to the Executive Assistant II. |
