The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for coordinating engaged learning and outreach activities in the online and residential programs, teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the fall, spring, and summer, and participating in service at the department, college, university, and professional levels. The candidate will lead and collaborate in a variety of activities, including developing and nurturing new industry partnerships, maintaining alumni databases, mentoring and onboarding all incoming online master’s sport management students and guiding their career development, creating and supporting networking efforts for students, arranging professional industry trips, collecting post-trip data from experiential activities, facilitating and executing the SPM Voices From the Field Podcast, and overseeing final exams and/or capstone projects. The position will be in Gainesville, Florida, and performance effort is service (75%) and teaching (25%) responsibilities.
