Position Responsibilities include the following.
Providing direct administrative support including:

Schedule/coordinate meetings, manage workflow, and timely preparation of meeting materials.

Draft communications, proofread, and revise attorney work.

Organize and manage files/records.
- Answer a multi-line phone system, screen calls, distribute messages, as well as greet and attend to in-person visitors.

Plan, book, and manage expense reports for attorney travel.
-
Research and gather information in response to inquiries.
-
Assist attorneys to develop reports, memoranda, correspondence, etc.
-
Undertake special projects, as assigned.
-
Manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Compile information and prepare charts, graphs and other summaries.
-
Use independent judgement to respond to inquiries concerning the status of legal projects and other matters.

Other duties for the Office as requested or assigned.
Provide mixed legal/administrative support including:

Serve as coordinator for accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and completing online SACS reports for the office.

Administrative support to Innovation Square Inc, and the University of Florida Development Corporation Board.
- Planning meetings
- Researching and assembling meeting materials
- Disseminating materials and ensuring materials are posted to board website in a timely manner.

Expected Salary: |
$23.94 to $25.86 hourly; Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
