Program Development & Administration:
• Contribute to the implementation and development of Continuing Education by working with the Director, Assistant Director, and executing a grant-supported course that will be held multiple times per year.
• Interpret, and implement policies developed by UF Continuing Education to ensure alignment with accreditation requirements and institutional policies.
• Serve as the primary coordinator for periodic CE programs, managing the additional planning and implementation required for these annual offerings.
Grants Management:
• Manage the grant-funded program, ensuring all deliverables, budgetary goals, and reporting requirements are successfully met.
• Track and oversee program finances, including budgets and expenses, to ensure optimal resource utilization and compliance with funding guidelines.

Expected Salary: |
$46,000, commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Requirements: |
Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
|
Preferred Qualifications: |
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in writing program proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in dental or continuing education.
