Job Description:

Responsibilities to include:
 
Supervision
  • Supervise and provide leadership to the functional areas of Learning Services, Financial Services, and Advising & Support.
  • Ensure effective communication between the enrollment management teams and the support units within the Business Operations Team.
  • Establish performance goals, manage workloads, and provide professional development opportunities for supervised employees.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure operational effectiveness.
Enrollment Operations
  • Oversee the registration process for all learners, including ensuring the integrity of student information systems and learner records.
  • Implement improvements in the enrollment process to increase accessibility and user experience for learners.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to maintain and enhance student information and enrollment platforms.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline registration and reporting processes.
Salesforce Administration and Configuration
  • Manage the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce as the Center’s Student Information System.
  • Create and update workflows, custom objects, fields, and automation rules within Salesforce to optimize enrollment and learner management processes.
  • Ensure Salesforce data accuracy, and run regular audits to ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
  • Train staff on Salesforce usage, best practices, and new features to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product Operations and external vendors to implement new Salesforce functionalities that improve learner engagement and reporting.
Financial Oversight & Stipend Processing
  • Oversee stipend processing operations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution through Salesforce-integrated financial processes.
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and university financial regulations.
Reporting & Data Management
  • Work closely with the Manager of Learning Services to generate detailed reports on enrollment trends, learner progress, and stipend disbursements within Salesforce.
  • Develop Salesforce dashboards for data-driven decision-making across teams

To achieve this, the Lastinger Center offers a flexible, hybrid work schedule that aligns with the university’s Flexibility in the Workplace Policy. Allowing employees to stagger arrival and departure times as necessary and to vary the number of workdays in the office so long as an employee’s FTE commitment is fulfilled within the university workweek. This policy also allows for occasional, incidental remote work based on individual circumstances.
 
This position is time limited & soft funded.
Expected Salary:

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Master's degree in in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has experience working with:
  • Establishing efficient enrollment management processes
  • Technical experience working with business analysts, programmers to implement new technology products
  • Experience integrating multiple technology systems into an effective ecosystem
  • Experience with customer service in an education setting such as academic advising, admissions, records and registration, or financial aid
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and workflows within Salesforce.
  • Experience in educational technology and process optimization.
