Course Support:
Establish a registration and communication plan for each course or groups of courses. Monitor student registration while coordinating with internal partners and external providers. Respond to student inquiries regarding the timing, cost, and registration steps required. Assist with the scheduling of courses and maintain the experiential learning calendar that students can access up to a year in advance. Manage website and Canvas Learning Management System updates as the curriculum evolves and changes. Organize and maintain all information related to each course – description, learning objectives, when offered, instructor(s) and cost to students. Create flyers and other collateral to effectively market experiential learning courses to targeted Warrington MBA student populations.
Course Development:
In collaboration with the Associate Director of Experiential Learning, assist in developing new and refreshing existing courses by creating course outlines that address identified skill gaps and intended learning objectives. Research and report on new and innovative methods for achieving success by staying attuned to trends in experiential learning.
Course Assessment and Reporting:
In collaboration with MBA Qualtrics account manager, create and maintain surveys for each experiential learning course. Analyze survey findings so that courses can continue to enhance and meet the needs of the current student population. Use data from course surveys, coupled with student intake and career services surveys to help shape future themes that feed into new or refreshed course outlines. Coordinate focus groups and post-course reviews with students, faculty, staff, internal partners, external providers, and alumni. Prepare and provide data to the Associate Director of Experiential Learning on a regular basis to report on the performance of the courses.
Fiscal Processing & Tracking:
In collaboration with the Associate Director of Experiential Learning, assist with the creation of annual budgets for all experiential learning courses and continuously monitor and track budget and expenses. Coordinate with external providers to establish or update contracts and supplier registrations in partnership with MBA finance and UF procurement. Gather required signatures for contract approvals. Track all expenditures in the Student Experience annual budget file. Provide support documentation for all purchases, invoices, and travel expenses. Work with MBA accounts payable to ensure timely remittance of payment to external providers. Assist with student fiscal needs, including but not limited to, travel, reimbursement and inquiries pertaining to use of student funds for experiential learning courses.
Special Projects/Other Duties:
Assist with special projects and duties as assigned by the Associate Director of Experiential Learning including but not limited to internal and external branding of the courses, administration of assessment tools and researching internal partners and external providers.

Expected Salary: |
$45,000 - $50,000
|
Minimum Requirements: |
Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications: |
Candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, be a team player, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Experience with Salesforce, HTML code, event registration, survey creation, course logistics, and project management is preferred.
Exposure to the design, development and delivery of experiential learning courses is a plus.
He/she will possess strong interpersonal skills, be strategic, tech savvy, and effective in both written and oral communication. Should be comfortable working in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Should have professional demeanor, willingness to learn, and the ability to provide prompt customer service via phone and email.
