University of Florida Advancement is hiring a Student Assistant to work on the Donor Relations team 15-20 hours per week from May - August.  Reporting to the Senior Director of Donor Engagement, this student position will be responsible for assisting the team with donor research, impact reports, donor packets, and annual endowment reporting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the Annual Endowment Reporting process including research, assembly, mailing/emailing, and inquiries.
• Assist with research for historical, biographical and current contact information.
• Assist with recognition programs that honor and celebrate donors at key lifetime giving milestones.
• Assist with general communications surrounding stewardship and donor acknowledgement.

$15 per hour

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) criminal background check will be conducted.
• Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.

• Knowledgeable in Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet browsers, E-mail
