Clinical Research Manager

Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of relevant experience.

• Provide operational and administrative support for multiple federally and state-funded research projects.
• Oversee laboratory staff, equipment management, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Lead research participant recruitment and coordinate all aspects of UF CARE events, seminars, and symposia.
• Manage communications efforts including newsletters and website content for UF CARE.
• Support faculty with research grant development and research administration activities for the Neurocognitive Lab and UF CARE.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical research or academic research environments.
• Knowledge of database development and data analysis, including SAS.
• Familiarity with EEG, MRI, and neurophysiological methods.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in high-pressure settings.
• Experience in recruitment, including populations with substance use disorders.
