Job Description: |
- Provide operational and administrative support for multiple federally and state-funded research projects.
- Oversee laboratory staff, equipment management, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Lead research participant recruitment and coordinate all aspects of UF CARE events, seminars, and symposia.
- Manage communications efforts including newsletters and website content for UF CARE.
- Support faculty with research grant development and research administration activities for the Neurocognitive Lab and UF CARE.

Expected Salary: |
$82,000 - $92,000

Required Qualifications: |
Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of relevant experience.

Preferred: |
- Demonstrated experience in clinical research or academic research environments.
- Knowledge of database development and data analysis, including SAS.
- Familiarity with EEG, MRI, and neurophysiological methods.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in high-pressure settings.
- Experience in recruitment, including populations with substance use disorders.
