The University of Florida’s Department of Recreational Sports is seeking a Coordinator for Talent Management to support and enhance the student employment experience across our programs and facilities.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Talent Management Unit in creating and sustaining a comprehensive, developmental experience for over 800 student employees.
  • Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of staff training curriculums, employee recognition events, and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate across all department units to establish and communicate clear procedures, expectations, and best practices for staff development.
  • Maintain and manage administrative systems related to onboarding, staff development, training records, and student employee inventory.
  • Serve as a key connector between RecSports and internal/external partners to promote a positive and consistent employment experience.
  • Uphold the vision and goals of the department by ensuring efficient, effective, and equitable systems that support staff success.

Expected Salary:

$45,000-$50,000
