Job Description:

Admission Process: Coordinate all aspects of the admission application process for the Professional and Full-Time MBA Programs.  Ensure all admitted students are properly admitted in the UF Graduate E-Referral records system - SLATE and SalesForce and that all required documentation is received.  Work extensively in SLATE and SalesForce, accessing transcripts, test scores, admission status. 

Communicate with Graduate school, Graduate Admissions, and International Admissions concerning conditional admission requirements. Maintain Admissions database to track all applicants and their statuses.  Advise applicants on admission requirements. Assist with downloading online applications; enter application data into MBA database.

Generate admission letters and coordinate mailing of welcome packets. Process and maintain collection of supplemental documents.  Ensure that materials are filed properly and are easily accessible. Serve as point of contact with the Warrington MBA Programs Office for applicants who are checking the status of their application. Respond to recruitment and application/admission inquiries via email, phone, or in person. Prepare correspondence and related documents as necessary.  Review files of potential applicants for requirements for admission.

Events: Participate in academic related meetings and events, such as admission activities, graduation events, orientations, and current student/alumni events.  Represent UF MBA at recruitment functions, academic fairs, and other activities.

Communication: Conduct outgoing phone calls to Full-Time and Professional inquiries and applicants to assist with the application and yield process. Assist Admissions team with mass email communication to inquiries and applicants as needed. Participate in phone-a-thons and other internal recruiting initiatives.

Reporting: Complete college and UF reports related to student tracking and progression; assist with electronic academic data entry as needed.  Assist with design, preparation, and dissemination of recruitment, letters, and other application materials.

Other Duties: Other duties as assigned by Director of Admissions and college administration.

Expected Salary:

Commensurate with experience.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or associate degree and two years of relevant experience.

Preferred:

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least two years of relevant work experience. They should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service is essential.
