Job Description: Clinical Operations & Resource Management
• Coordinate departmental clinical operations in partnership with hospital-based teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and optimal service delivery.
• Oversee clinical assignment allocations, case logs, tracking reductions, and documenting clinical FTE changes.
• Coordinate and manage operational implementation of new clinical initiatives and expansion efforts.
• Analyze and monitor resource utilization and staffing patterns in alignment with department goals.
• Serve as point of contact for resolving operational barriers in collaboration with faculty and clinical teams.
Project Management & Strategic Implementation
• Lead key departmental projects by coordinating with faculty, hospital partners, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders.  Coordinate expectations to build consensus. 
• Develop project deliverables and timelines; ensure action items are completed on time.  Coordinate and track contracts related to projects. 
• Maintain project documentation and status updates for departmental leadership.
• Prepare executive summaries and presentations to support decision-making.
Data Analytics & Reporting
• Conduct research and analyze internal data and national benchmarks to inform decision-making.
• Integrate metrics into projects to track performance, outcomes, and effectiveness of initiatives.
• Prepare business plans, pro formas, and reports to support resource allocation and clinical development.
• Support budget planning and business case development for new services or restructuring efforts.
• Coordinate compensation plan documents.  Manage regular reporting for leadership as well as faculty members. 
Administrative Leadership & Compliance
• Oversee routine departmental operations, including space management, asset tracking, and clinical assignment coordination.
• Provide operational support for staff coordination and implementation of policy and compliance practices.
• Participate in department strategic planning and support succession planning and staffing decisions.
• Support physician and staff recruitment efforts through coordination of administrative workflows and onboarding tasks.
• Ensure departmental compliance with UF, hospital, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support internal audits, asset management, and space reporting activities.
Expected Salary:

Starting salary range is between $95K - $105K, commensurate with education and experience. 

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience.

Preferred:
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare or academic medical center administration.
  • Strong background in project management, operations, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive results.
