| Job Description: | Research & Analysis 
Conduct statistical analyses using large secondary datasets, including Medicaid claims, EHR, and EDR data.Contribute to manuscript development and submission to peer-reviewed journals.Assist in grant writing and preparation of progress reports.Ensure proper data storage, security, and compliance with IRB and HIPAA regulations.Support an R01 project by assisting with data cleaning, analysis, and interpretation. Project Management & Coordination 
Coordinate research activities across multiple institutions and teams.Schedule and facilitate meetings; maintain agendas, action items, and follow-ups.Track project timelines, deliverables, and assignments using structured tools (e.g., Trello, Excel).Assist with formatting and submission of manuscripts to various journals.Maintain organized documentation of research progress and team communications. Additional Responsibilities for funded R01 Project: 
Assist with onboarding and coordination of collaborators and consultants.Help manage timelines and deliverables specific to the R01 project.Support development of presentations and dissemination materials.Contribute to stakeholder engagement and reporting activities.Help establish and maintain secure data storage systems and ensure regulatory compliance. Appointment Details: 
This is a full-time position. Initial funding is available through March 2027, with potential for extension based on performance and future funding.   | 
| Expected Salary: | $65,000/year, commensurate with education/experience | 
| Required Qualifications: | 
PhD or equivalent in public health, health policy, health services research, data science, epidemiology or a related field.Strong data analytic skills, including experience with SAS and/or R.Excellent writing and communication skills.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. | 
| Preferred: | 
Experience working with EHR/EDR data.Familiarity with oral health or cancer-related research.Prior experience in research coordination or project management.Knowledge of data compliance and secure data handling practices. |
