| Job Description: |
Coordinates and monitors organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations. Client project support; reviews and updates request queue, coordinates and tracks tasks and milestones with project managers, prepares equipment quotes, assists with customer follow-up and project status reporting, maintains and tracks equipment registers for project purchases, maintains project portfolio reporting, coordinates with other IT teams or vendors as required.
Coordinates tasks related to multiple operational functions including purchasing and asset management. Facilitates customer procurement requests; provides equipment quotes and customer follow-up. Assists asset management team with queue management, order status, and vendor follow-up.
Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions. Provide input or data in the establishment of operational goals and objectives. Reviews service management system to ensure customer key performance indicators are being met. Escalates service level exceptions to management. Utilizes data from service and asset management systems to provide compliance and staff effectiveness reporting to the management team.
Provide input or data in the establishment of operational goals and objectives Participates in team management meetings and provides information as requested to support operational initiatives. Assists with scheduling and content management for the team collaboration platform
Prepares financial data and financial reports. Provides monthly reporting on expenditures and remaining budget allocations.
Performs other related duties and special assignments as required.

$47,000 - $53,000

| Required Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

| Preferred: |
Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to manage concurrent tasks and priorities effectively. Experience with enterprise operational support for education, research, or healthcare. Experience with asset and service management applications and procurement processes. Ability to utilize standard operating procedures for queue management, customer quotes; reporting and status updates. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote.
