Job Description:

The Office of Accreditation, Assessment, and Curriculum supports faculty and committees that create, review, and approve curriculum requests. We seek a motivated individual to join our curriculum team to work with the University Professional Curriculum Committee. This environment is fast-paced and collaborative, requiring independent initiative and cross-training to support team goals.

Examples of Work (These are not all inclusive, nor do they cover the full extent of the duties performed)

  • Create agendas, review proposals, schedule meetings, and take minutes for the monthly Professional Curriculum Committee meetings
  • Maintain CRM and other customer service interfaces
  • Serve as backup for maintaining State Common Numbering System requests
  • Assist with University Curriculum Committee meeting preparation
  • Cross-train and perform outreach for area processes
Expected Salary:

$43,888 - $47,000 annually; commensurate with education and experience. 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of student record systems and data analysis.
• Background with curriculum (student records or advising experience acceptable)
• Background with scheduling and working with calendars.
• Ability and desire to learn new software tools for curriculum development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Understanding of student-related data
• Strong desire to grow professionally and to foster a collegial work environment
• Professionalism when interacting with individuals at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, strong editing skills
• Pro-active with deadlines
• Excellent attendance
• Comfortable editing web sites
• Ability to work independently and use good judgment
• Ability to handle sensitive records with discretion in full compliance with FERPA regulations
