| Job Description: |
UF Advancement is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to work part-time (20 hours/week) to support the Facilities Management team. This is a great opportunity for individuals to learn about facility operations and gain quality, on-the-job experience in customer service, communications and daily operations at one of the University of Florida’s most recognized facilities. In addition to regular duties, the student assistant will have opportunities to network and build relationships with many of Advancement’s staff and clientele both here and throughout UF campus.

$14.00 per hour

| Required Qualifications: |
- Enrolled as a student at the University of Florida in good academic standing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
- A Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) criminal background check will be conducted.

- Familiarity with donor databases, contact management systems, and tracking systems is also highly preferred.
