Job Description:

Program & Faculty Support
Serve as the primary administrative contact for SCC leadership and fellowship program director.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and record minutes.
Assist with Critical Care Advanced Practice Providers (APP) hiring, onboarding, credentialing, and licensure reimbursements.
Help with recruitment activities for SCC faculty and fellows.
Maintain SCC and ICU websites/Bridge pages with accurate, user-friendly content.

ICU Scheduling
Prepare and distribute monthly ICU call schedules for multiple units.
Update schedules and coordinate changes with faculty, APPs, residents, fellows, and hospital administration.
Identify and resolve scheduling gaps and conflicts.

Education Support
Assist with orientation, evaluations, CCC meetings, interviews, and ACGME required documentation for SCC fellowship.
Track competencies, procedure logs, and attendance.
Distribute lecture schedules and educational materials for rotating trainees.
Departmental & Committee Support
Provide ancillary administrative support to the Acute Care Surgery division.
Assist with budget tracking and operational expense monitoring.
Handle general office tasks, correspondence, and maintenance requests.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, the ability to adjust priorities based on urgency, and initiative to complete tasks in a dynamic environment.

Expected Salary:

$22.25 - $25.00

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Preferred:

Good grasp of English language (grammar, punctuation, spelling).

Knowledge of principles and techniques of effective written and verbal communication.

Knowledge of general office procedures and practices.

Ability to proof own work for errors.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Respectable professionalism.

Ability to use discretion and respect authority.
