STU AST-NON-CLERICAL & ADMIN

This position is open to all UF students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through student Other Personnel Services (OPS) and must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week. 

The Public Utility Research Center (PURC) in the Warrington College of Business is seeking a hardworking, professional student to fill a part-time (estimated 10 - 15 hours/week) assistant position. Communication and people skills are a must, and international experience is a plus. 

Main duties will include but are not limited to processing and preparing registration letters and packets, preparing electronic materials for program participants, compiling evaluation reports, and on-site assistance for international training programs and professional conferences. 

PURC's training programs are geared towards working professionals. The position is great for anyone looking to expand their knowledge and experience in international events. 

Hours are flexible between 9am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, for a total of 10 - 15 hours weekly, but must adhere to agreed-upon schedule set each semester. Must be available over the summer and during our flagship training program every January and June.   

$14/hour

Must have good communication and project management skills. Must be available over the summer and during our flagship training program every January and June.   

Ideal candidate will have experience using Microsoft Office products, including Access, Excel and Powerpoint.
