Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Research and engage active and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pools for future roles.
- Conduct outreach via networking, digital platforms, and direct communication.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand needs.
- Create marketing materials to support searches.
Screening & Pre‑Recruitment Coordination Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls.
- Schedule interviews and provide candidate support.
- Prepare candidates for next‑step conversations.
Recruitment Administration & Compliance
- Draft candidate communications (invitations, disposition notices).
- Prepare sourcing reports and present recruitment insights.
- Manage moderately complex recruitment challenges and escalate when needed.
Hiring Support & Onboarding Coordination
Assist with pre-employment verifications, screenings, and compliance tasks.

| Required Qualifications: |
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of appropriate experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
