Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Research and engage active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pools for future roles.
  • Conduct outreach via networking, digital platforms, and direct communication.
  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand needs.
  • Create marketing materials to support searches.

Screening & Pre‑Recruitment Coordination Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls.

  • Schedule interviews and provide candidate support.
  • Prepare candidates for next‑step conversations.

Recruitment Administration & Compliance

  • Draft candidate communications (invitations, disposition notices).
  • Prepare sourcing reports and present recruitment insights.
  • Manage moderately complex recruitment challenges and escalate when needed.

Hiring Support & Onboarding Coordination

Assist with pre-employment verifications, screenings, and compliance tasks.

 

Expected Salary:

$67,000.00

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of appropriate experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment trends, tools, and metrics.
  • Experience planning or coordinating events for diverse groups.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.

  • Experience using social media for recruitment or marketing.
