Student Assistant

• Assist in opening and closing the Bike Repair shop.
• Assemble, inspect, maintain, and perform routine repairs on customers’ bicycles.
• Assess customer needs and confirm service and repairs meet those needs.
• Assist with maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean, secure and safe work environment.
• Various other duties as assigned.

A student assistant is needed to work 10-20 hours a week The employer is looking for a customer service oriented, professional, and detail-oriented person to aid in the daily operations of SG Bike Repair. Individuals with prior experience working with bicycles preferred.

• Fine attention to detail, professionalism, dependability and affective communication skills
• Ability to work as a team member
• Prior customer service skills preferred
• Self-motivated; timely

• Prior customer service skills are preferred
• Bicycle knowledge preferred
