Federal Work Study Student Assistant

Must be in good academic and conduct standing with the University of Florida
Must be able to commit to 15 – 18 hours per week between Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Applicants should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently. Primary responsibilities include:

Providing excellent customer service and assisting student, staff, and faculty inquiries
Answering phone calls and email inquiries
Performing clerical duties that support departmental operations
Maintaining discretion and confidential information
Assisting with college events and office projects.
This position is open to currently enrolled students and all majors are welcome to apply. This position has the potential to continue in the Fall and continuing semesters.

$15.00 / hour

Punctual and reliable
Experience in customer service
Strong verbal and communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva
