Program Leadership & Operations Management • Direct and manage daily operations of Employee Accommodation Services using a case management model • Oversee intake, triage, and resolution of accommodation requests across all campuses • Establish workflows, performance metrics, and service standards to ensure timely case processing • Monitor caseload distribution and adjust resources to meet demand
Staff Supervision & Team Development • Supervise ADA Case Managers and administrative staff • Provide coaching, training, and performance management • Support onboarding and professional development of team members • Foster a collaborative, service-oriented team environment
Complex Case Oversight & Decision Support • Review and provide guidance on complex or high-risk accommodation cases • Support interactive process discussions with employees, supervisors, and HR • Ensure consistency and compliance in accommodation determinations • Assist in resolving escalated or sensitive employee situations
Compliance, Auditing & Risk Management • Ensure compliance with ADA and related regulations • Conduct internal monitoring, audits, and case reviews • Identify risks and implement corrective actions • Support investigations, documentation reviews, and regulatory assessments
Strategy, Policy Development & Leadership Advising • Advise senior leadership on accommodation trends, risks, and compliance strategies • Develop and update policies, procedures, and guidance materials • Support long-term planning, staffing models, and program growth
Training, Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement • Develop and deliver training for supervisors, HR, and employees • Serve as liaison to campus partners and external stakeholders • Participate in or lead committees and workgroups
