Job Description:

The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pediatric Hematology/Oncology physician at the Clinical Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level (non-tenure track) to join our growing Division of Hematology/Oncology.

We are looking for a physician with a focus on hematologic malignancies who is excited to contribute to a dynamic academic program—sharing clinical service and call responsibilities, mentoring the next generation of physicians, and being part of a collegial team that values both excellence and enjoyment in the workplace.

This position includes a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, with responsibilities that include teaching and mentoring pediatric residents, fellows, and medical students.  Participating in academic activities.  Contributing to a supportive and engaging team culture.  Providing comprehensive care to our patients.

You will join a well-established division of 10 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers, working together to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.  Our team additionally consists of social workers, child life specialists, nurse coordinators and a dedicated pharmacist and psychologist.

This is an excellent opportunity to build or grow an academic niche in a collaborative and well-supported environment.
