Job Description:

Data Cleanup & Transformation Support: Review legacy supplier and procurement data to identify errors, duplicates, inactive records, and incomplete information, assist with cleansing, standardizing, and formatting data in preparation for migration to Workday, apply defined business rules and transformation logic to ensure data aligns with Workday data models and procurement requirements, document data issues, resolutions, and assumptions for auditability and future reference.

Conversion Validation & Testing Support: Support data conversion testing by validating migrated records and reconciling source and target data, identify discrepancies between legacy systems and Workday and coordinate corrections with functional leads, assist with mock conversions, reconciliations, and go live readiness activities.

Cross Functional Coordination & Communication: Work with Procurement Services, Accounts Payable, UFIT, and functional leads to resolve data issues and clarify requirements, review, document and implement new processes for the registration of new international suppliers, respond to data related questions from campus units during cleanup and transition phases, track issues, dependencies, and resolution status using established project tools.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain trackers, data logs, and status reports related to data cleanup and conversion progress, assist in developing data standards, reference materials, and process documentation to support post go live operations, identify recurring data quality issues and escalate trends or risks to leadership.

Expected Salary:

$70,000-$80,000

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence across departments. Commitment to compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence. Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and financial systems. Adept at managing change and driving continuous improvement.
