| Job Description: |
The SFFGS Academic Team is now hiring a Federal Work Study student assistant - work to begin Summer 2026. Work with SFFGS Academic Team to update grades, respond to emails, name and file electronic paperwork, type letters for petitions and tuition waivers, register students in SFFGS courses, and any other computer-related or additional, relevant tasks required. Confidentiality with student records is vital. FERPA training required before any work can begin.
10 hours/week - may vary depending on seasonal work load. Flexible schedule during business hours.

- Registered for Summer 2026 classes at UF
- Punctual and reliable
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Good communication skills and customer-service oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, typing, digital file storage/maintenance
- Experience using Qualtrics, Adobe CS (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), and/or MailChimp.
